A TRIO of dealer staff have had their commitment rewarded after their efforts to go above and beyond were recognised in the latest ‘Dealer Staff Of The Month’ awards.
The incentive, which is organised by Nissan Motor GB and is designed to celebrate best practice and exceptional individual performance, saw Ibrahim Sengendo of West Way Hanwell, Danni James of Griffin Mill Pontypridd, and Mark Wright of Crayford & Abbs, all win praise from NMGB directors and 350 N-GAGE points each.
The September winners were chosen after they were nominated by their respective dealership’s Dealer Principal for their customer centric approach.
Commending Ibrahim, who is the showroom host at West Way Hanwell, Dealer Principal Rob Miah, said: “Ibrahim plays a pivotal role within the business and he has had a direct impact on our top 10 performance. He ensures that customers are acknowledged within seconds of arriving onsite with a friendly smile every time.”
Griffin Mill Pontypridd’s Dealer Principal Mike Johnson, was equally complimentary about Service Advisor, Danni. He nominated her after she ‘stepped up’ in the wake of a senior service colleague leaving and by taking on a lead role has been responsible for generating ‘a new energy, determination and professionalism’ on the service desk. She has also set a fantastic example for the site’s new service advisor.
Finally, Service Manager Mark Wright, was put forward for the award by Kevin Abbs, Dealer Principal at Crayford & Abbs. On nominating Mark, he said: “Mark has tirelessly worked to achieve the very best and his enthusiasm never falters. He promotes the franchise at every opportunity and is respected by his staff and customers.”
The ‘Dealer Staff Of The Month’ incentive will continue to run over the coming months and NMGB is inviting all Dealer Principals to nominate team members who are going the extra mile and are focused on delivering a great customer experience.
